Refund Policy

We want you to love your Eden & Co. items as much as we do! So, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange on your purchase.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. To return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to customerservice@edenandcompany.ca including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Title of the product which you need to return or exchange
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also needs to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund may be issued.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Please use registered mail with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception may not be guaranteed.

In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • Incorrect order:

If you ordered the wrong product or an incorrect size, the shipping fees incurred to return the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.  If you would prefer a refund, we will refund the original product price.

  • Unwanted item:

If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for a return.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Returned packages without an authorized return address will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

* Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REFUSED PACKAGES

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments.
